Our research highlights that almost a quarter (24%) of Legal employees feel a strong employer's brand is important when looking for a new role, aligning with nearly 30% of employers who feel that their brand is the most important element in attracting staff. However, when considering a new role, a company's brand still ranked below work / life balance (67%), a competitive benefits package (59%) and career development (45%), highlighting again, the need for employers to focus on these aspects in order to continue to meet expectations and compete in the way for talent.

With employees in the Legal profession not ranking a company's brand as a top priority, some well-known brands may struggle to attract and retain talent if they do not focus and enhance their employee benefit packages.
